Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active luckpu account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. luckpu employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all bonuses forfeited, and the associated PKR balances may be frozen pending investigation.
When registering your luckpu account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must notify luckpu's support team promptly to avoid losing access to your account and OTP verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckpu account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. luckpu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify luckpu immediately at support@luckpu.net if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. luckpu will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
luckpu is required to verify the identity of all users as a condition of its licensing framework. The KYC process requires submission of the following:
KYC documents must be submitted within 30 days of account registration or upon first withdrawal request, whichever occurs earlier. luckpu processes KYC submissions within 24 business hours during weekdays. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts with incomplete KYC verification.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. luckpu will notify the registered mobile number and email address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive PKR balance may be subject to an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month after 18 months of inactivity. luckpu will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy fees. PKR balances will never be forfeited below zero.
luckpu currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the luckpu Payments section of your account dashboard. luckpu does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently of luckpu.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes as a standard benchmark during operational hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other local banks are processed within one business day. luckpu reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals above PKR 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
All transactions on luckpu are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luckpu does not charge currency conversion fees. If you deposit using a method that involves a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply its own conversion rate, which is outside luckpu's control.
luckpu is required to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. luckpu may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an enhanced due diligence review where unusual transaction patterns are detected. luckpu may be required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Cooperation with luckpu's AML compliance requests is a condition of continued access to the platform.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply.
Bonus funds credited to your luckpu account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As an illustrative example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus amount (and winnings derived from it) becomes withdrawable. luckpu actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets on multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating bonus usage across multiple accounts; or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is detected, luckpu reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account involved.
Promotions are available to eligible luckpu accounts only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. luckpu reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice and to adjust bonus terms prospectively. Bonuses already credited and being actively wagered will not be retroactively voided by a change to the promotional terms.
All bets and wagers placed on luckpu are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when luckpu's system acknowledges acceptance and a confirmation reference number is generated. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet before confirmation. luckpu will not reverse confirmed bets due to user error unless a demonstrable system error caused the incorrect recording of the bet.
luckpu reserves the right to void any bet where: a manifest error in odds is identified (such as odds substantially inconsistent with the prevailing market); a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered; or where luckpu has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed in connection with match fixing, corrupt practices, or insider information. Voided bets are refunded to your luckpu PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and markets on luckpu and are displayed at the point of bet placement. luckpu reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified or where account-level risk management requires adjustment.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, luckpu reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected accounts accordingly. luckpu will not honour payments made in error as a result of system faults. Where a correction results in a reduction of your balance, luckpu will communicate the adjustment with a full explanation.

luckpu's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by you on the luckpu platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000.
luckpu does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. luckpu implements commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee the absolute security of the platform.
luckpu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, luckpu may forfeit any outstanding bonus balances. Genuine PKR balances (i.e., deposits net of any applicable forfeiture) will be returned to your original payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation process. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under luckpu's international gaming licensing framework.
